03/02/08 Crazy News

CNN.com reported today that a Danish journalist was face-to-face with President Bush's neighbor's gun as he was talking on his cell phone. Reportedly, the journalist was covering a story on the President, and while trying to get good cell phone reception, wandered across the street during his conversation. The woman toting the gun then came out of the house and said, "Get off my property. You're trespassing".

We thought this was an interesting story. What are your thoughts? Does this exhibit the America we live in today, where we stand as unified but defensive individuals who aren't afraid to lift a gun against a fellow American? Or, is this story just one circumstance and doesn't reflect the true America we live in today? Comment using the Comment button below.
